International Women’s Day – A Tribute to Women

International Women's Day (IWD) has a rich history dating back to the early 1900s, stemming from labour movements fighting for women's rights.

International Women’s Day (IWD) has a rich history dating back to the early 1900s, stemming from labour movements fighting for women’s rights. Initially focused on issues like suffrage and workplace equality, IWD has evolved to encompass a wider range of concerns.

Today, it is a global platform to celebrate women’s achievements and raise awareness of ongoing challenges like gender pay gaps between men and women. Despite considerable progress, gender inequality persists. Hence, IWD remains relevant, reminding us of the need to continue working towards a world where women have equal opportunities to thrive in all aspects of life.

In this International Women’s Day, we at Benson Formations pay tribute to the incredible women, our colleagues who are an integral part of our success story. Their intelligence, dedication and diverse perspectives are invaluable and together, we are building a brighter future for Benson Formations. Thank you.
